Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Tuque jacket. If you’re not completely satisfied:

• Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Refunds: Once inspected and approved, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Exchanges: Available only for size or color, subject to stock availability.
• Non-Returnable: Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition.
