Return & Refund Policy

At Tuque, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products purchased during special clearance or final sale
