Thanks for shopping with Tuque. We work to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as we can.

Order Processing

We process every order within 2–3 business days of it being placed. We don't process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery times vary a little by location. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of being dispatched.

Keep in mind these are estimates — courier delays, weather and other unforeseen circumstances can occasionally push things back.

If shipping charges apply, you'll see them at checkout before you pay.

We occasionally run free shipping promotions on select orders — keep an eye out.

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
